If purchased through Amazon and within their return window, please initiate your return or replacement directly through Amazon for the fastest resolution.

Kevo is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by improper cleaning or handling.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase and Amazon is unable to assist, please contact us at info@kevobrew.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
